Grey Snow Management Solutions, LLC (GSMS), an Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska company, announces the appointment of Judy Reagan as Chief Operating Officer. As the new strategic leader of people and processes, Judy will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, David Tam, and be responsible for daily operations of the Grey Snow Companies by maximizing profit while driving organizational culture and aligning talent with business objectives. With a strong focus on financial excellence, she will also be responsible for the establishment of financial processes and systems that support the GSMS enterprises.
This addition to GSMS’s organizational structure is a direct result of recent growth. The executive team needs to expand in order to optimize efficiency, increase transparency of business activities, ensure that each subsidiary and initiative has the proper executive oversight, and, most importantly, ensure that GSMS delivers results.
Before joining GSMS, Judy spent most of her professional career in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) space, and most recently served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Geographic Information Services, Inc.
