Aaron Pratt is an experienced Tribal Nations attorney at Drummond Woodsum and currently serves as outside General Counsel to Grey Snow Management Solutions. In his practice, Aaron represents businesses, health care organizations, investment funds, investors, and Tribal Nations across the country in a wide range of corporate, partnership, and commercial matters. Aaron has comprehensive knowledge on a breadth of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters, private placements, venture capital financing (representing both investors and targets), investment fund structure, medical and adult-use marijuana regulatory matters, and Tribal Nations economic development matters. Aaron has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Corporate and Venture Capital Law. In his free time, Aaron enjoys giving back to the community as the youth coach to soccer, basketball, and Little League baseball. He also served as Director and Secretary at Friends of Portland Public Library and was a Big Brother for 11 years in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine.
