A Unified Team of Veteran, Tribal, and Global Enterprises Awarded WEXMAC 2.0 NAVSUP Contract to Provide Mission-Critical Support Worldwide

A team of industry-leading companies, including MS2USA, The Akana Group Inc., Gulf Master General Trading LLC of the AQ Global Group, CADG, Rumi, Akana Ittatoba, Ayittatoba, and APL CEVA Government Logistics has been successful in securing a position on the WEXMAC
2.0 Contract vehicle.

The Alliance was put together an effort to bring the collective strengths of the companies to execute a $1.4 billion ceiling Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) awarded by the U.S. Government. Leveraging a global network of operational expertise, this unified alliance will look to deliver rapid, mission-ready sustainment solutions for U.S. Military and Government Agencies worldwide under the WEXMAC 2.0 program.

The WEXMAC 2.0 contract is designed to support multiple U.S. Government and Military Agencies across multiple regions worldwide, ensuring rapid deployment of sustainment operations when directed.

These capabilities are essential for setting theaters and enabling Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) operations from Phase 0 (shaping the environment) through Phase 5 (stabilization and transition to civilian authority). A key requirement
of WEXMAC 2.0 is for contractors to develop actionable plans that integrate contracted capabilities into military operations, ensuring a 72-hour response time for emerging requirements.

Under this award, the WEXMAC 2.0 Alliance will provide a full spectrum of sustainment services in the following awarded operational regions: Africa; Mainland Asia, Japan, and the Indian Ocean; Australia, Oceania, Pacific Islands, and Southeast Asia; Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam; and the U.S. Pacific Ocean (Small Business Set-Aside Region).


The core mission functions of this contract include theater opening and deployment support, sustainment and theater distribution, and stability operations and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

The contract encompasses a broad range of services and supplies, such as:

  • Humanitarian assistance/disaster relief (HA/DR)
  • Contingency operations
  • Military exercises
  • Lodging
  • Base operations
  • Life support services
  • Medical
  • Security
  • Force protection support
  • Communications
  • Logistics
  • Transportation services
  • Critical supply chain management

Additionally, WEXMAC 2.0 provides critical infrastructure and sustainment resources, such as construction equipment, medical and force protection services, communications, and essential supplies.

Contractors are responsible for management and integration services at the task order level, ensuring mission requirements are met efficiently through SUBCLIN(s), ELIN(s), and reserved ELIN(s).
